This Cancellation Policy explains how either party may cancel services or engagements with AB Technologies.
Project Cancellations
By the Client
- You may cancel a project at any time by sending a written notice to contact@abtechnologies.live.
- If cancellation occurs before work begins, any advance payment (minus non-refundable booking fees, if applicable) will be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you will be invoiced for all completed milestones and any work-in-progress at the agreed rates. Remaining pre-paid amounts will be refunded.
- All deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be handed over to the client upon settlement of outstanding payments.
By AB Technologies
We reserve the right to cancel or pause a project if:
- The client fails to provide necessary content, feedback or approvals within agreed timelines
- Payment obligations are not met as per the agreed schedule
- The project scope changes significantly without mutual agreement
In such cases, we will provide written notice and invoice for work completed.
Internship Program Cancellations
- You may cancel your enrolment before the program start date for a full refund (minus processing fees).
- Once the program has commenced, cancellation by the participant does not entitle them to a refund.
- AB Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program batch. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund.
